This is a one of a kind neck/chest piece, made with thick wire, which makes it adjustable in size for the neck.
Real bird wings painted in gold, purple, and silver paint, adorned in beads, a 3d printed bird skull, real bird feathers on chest, real rib bones, and handmade flowers.

Wings are adjustable, and can be worn near the face or closer to the shoulders, and stay in place with no assistance.
